Returns & Refunds

We built our mini speaker to be powerful, portable, and convenient for our customers.
That said, if your Boom Puck isn’t exactly what you expected, we offer a clear, simple, and customer-first 30-day return policy.

30-Day Return Guarantee

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, and inserts must be included

  • Products showing signs of misuse, damage, or heavy wear may not qualify

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days after approval

  • Refunds cover product cost only — original shipping fees are non-refundable

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defect, damage, or fulfillment error, Boom Puck will cover return shipping.

  • If you’re returning the product due to a change of mind, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.

Exchanges

If your Boom Puck arrives defective or damaged, we’ll happily replace it with a new unit at no cost to you (subject to availability).

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment

  • Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process instead

Missing or Delayed Orders

Before contacting us, please check your tracking link. Many delays are resolved while in transit.

If your tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, reach out and our support team will take care of it immediately.
